You bought a new MP3 player in an appliance store in Mong Kok and rushed to home to try it out. However, you found that it was defective. When you returned to the shop and complain afterwards, the salesman just blamed you for breaking the MP3 player.

You have now decided to write a letter of complaint about the issue and request to either replace the MP3 player or give you a refund. Sign your letter “Chris”. Do NOT write any address.
